The State Engineer of Public Works asked in a letter if there was any effort being made to start any public work at Ault and if so what kind and what the amount the Town expected to spend. The clerk was instructed to write him that their were looking into the natter of municipal building,sewer system and repairing sidewlks. A letter from the County Treasurer asked for the amounts of tlee bonded, :indebtedness and registered warrants of the Town®This had been sent by the clerk. Mines & Smelter had asked in a letter which night in January that the Board met. This had been answered. Cordill moved,Tinker seconded: -To issue a deed for a cemetery lot for Roy Thompson to Mrs.Albert Sprague of La Salle.Motion caaried. Cordill moved,Molande_r seconded:- To adjourn subject to the call of the Mayor.Motion Carried. % < ss X --Clerk Mayor Regular meeting February 5 1935 Mayor Van Buskirk called the meetine to order at 8:00 P.M. Car1,Cordill,,Frve,Tinker and Venable present. The minutes of the reguler meeting of January 2 were read and approved as r e ad . Mr.Gray and Benwell,brokers of Denver,were present and spoke to the Board about refunding the Park bonds which come due Mav 1 19'35. Mr. rrav offered to refund the bonds 5/4 interest and pilv all the expenses but the printin of the ordinancee.The Town was to pay Mr.Gray 1 250. for the legal work. Mr. Benweil offered to take the bonds at 51 optional aftbr 1938 and payable in 1943 to 1947 . The Town was tc pay the printing of the ordinance Mr.Molander thought the Bank could handle the bonds at 514. throu;7h some indivt a1 depositor.The matter of the sale was left to the Finance Committee.
