AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS, ARTICLE
1, SECTION 7-2. ATTENDANCE OF MEMBERS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
REQUIRED OF THE CITY CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 7 (Boards and Commissions) of the City Code is hereby
amended by amending Section 7-2 (Attendance of members of boards and
commissions required) to read as follows:
Sec. 7-2. - Attendance of members of boards and commissions required.
All persons appointed to any board or commission of the City shall attend at least two-
thirds of the regularly scheduled meetings of the board or commission upon which they serve.
Should any member of a board or commission fail to attend two-thirds of the meetings
occurring in any twelve monthen riod ^ o 0 measured r~ ^m the tifne of their appointfflefI4
or three consecutive meetinp-s, their position on such board or commission shall be deemed
vacant and a replacement sh" may be named. as provided. in eeffiputing attendanee, fie

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
