AN ORDINANCE AMENDID?G ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPER-
TIES AIID THE ADOPTION OF~AN AMEPIDED SECTION OF
THE ZONING PfiAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
N0. 422.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land- use plan of the City of
Lynwood ae established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended. by
reclassifying that property described as follows:
The easterly 157.02 feet of the southerly 429 feet
of Lot 1 Tract 5103 excepting therefrom the easterly
45 feet of .the southerly 290 feet all exception
of street.
presently zoned R-1 to P-1.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part "1F" of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
Ato. 422 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published, once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed;, published, and circulated_ in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regu7.ar meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 16th day of January 1951, and. finally
adopted. and ordered publisheddat aVregular meeting of said Council
held on the 6th day of Feb ~ary, 1951, by the following vote:
