The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
f ollotirs
Section 1: The official land. use plan of ti:e City of
Lynwood as established: by Ordinance Ido. 422 is hereby amended by
classifying that property knot.,rn as "Ozell Manor Annex 110. 3".
That said °Ozell hanor Annex No. 3" is hereby established as zone R-1.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said. Ordinance No. LH22 and
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section ~: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and airected
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lym•;ood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 2nd::'-x day of. January, 1951, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 16 th day of January 1951, by the following vote:
