THINGS, REGDI,~jTES THE CWNING OR HARBORING OF DOGS,
AND REGULA~ES "-~' KEEPING OF DOGS, AND FIXES LICENSE
FEES FOR DOGS.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, does
ordain as Follows:
Sect~_l: Section 8 of Ordinance No. 316 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
~~ The license fee for keeping, harboring or maintaining a dog
or dogs within said City of Lynwood is hereby fixed as follows: For every
male dog or neuter female dog, the aum of Two Dollars ($2,00) pet year; for
every female dog, the swn o£ Four Dollars ($4,00) per year; puppies under
the age of four (4) months excepted, but no puppies under four months of
age shall be allowed to run at large. Each such license shall be paid
annually in advance on or before the first day of January,~~
Sect_go__2; Said Ordinance 1Qo. 316 is hereby amended as provided
in this ordinance.
Section '~: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance by the City Council and to its signature by the Mayor and to its
attestation by the City Clerk, and shall cause this Ordinance to be published
once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general issue, published and circu-
lated in, said City of Lynwood, California.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 8th day of November , 1950, and finally adopted and ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 21st day of November
1950, by the following vote:
