COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, MAY 20, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The May 20, 2013, City Council “Pre-Meeting” Meeting was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present When Convened: Branch, Bray, Carroll, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Prather, Schulte, and Scrivner
Absent: Mihalevich
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills:
2013-19 (Contract for Conference Center Facilitator) – Council Members asked
questions which were answered by Mr. Hilpert, and brief discussion regarding whether
the rules should be suspended on this bill tonight.
2013-8 (Residency Requirements for City Personnel) – Councilwoman Carrie Carroll
stated that if the Council needed more time to discuss this issue, she would consider
placing it on the Informal Calendar if they wished.
