WORK SESSION, MAY 28, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The Work Session of May 28, 2013, was convened at 5:30 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ROLL CALL
The following Council Members were present for the roll call:
Present: Branch, Bray, Carroll, Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schulte, and Scrivner
Absent: Henry (arrived at 5:38 P.M.)
A quorum was declared present.
REVIEW OF FEE CHANGES
City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus presented the fee structure and proposed fee
changes for this year and answered questions regarding specific fees.
*Councilman Larry Henry arrived at this point in the meeting (5:38 P.M.)
At the conclusion of the discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Rick Mihalevich
that the fees be adopted as presented, that they be reviewed annually, subject to
recommendations by staff for increases. The motion was seconded by Councilman
Ralph Bray, and approved unanimously by the following roll-call vote:
Aye: Branch, Bray, Carroll, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schulte, and Scrivner
Nay: None
GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Struemph stated that, pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri, the Chair would entertain a motion to go into Closed Session to discuss the
following:

a. Personnel [Sec. 610.021.(13)]
The motion was made by Councilman Rick Mihalevich to go into Closed Session for the
above-stated provision, seconded by Councilman Larry Henry, and approved by the
following roll-call vote at 6:01 P.M.:
Aye: Branch, Bray, Carroll, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schulte, and Scrivner
Nay: None
