Cordill rnoved,Frye seconded: That the board approve any action
that th eFi re Dept . ta.kes in regard to a blanket accident insurance,
to cover thememb�bers of the Fire Dept.
Cordill moved,Frve seconded:That the clerk be instructed to apply
to the county relief administrator for all. the F.F.R. A .labor
evailehle county
the Town of Ault. 411 voted upon roll call.
The matter of lowerigg the town well was turned over to the
Cerretery Comm.
The week of May 20 was d.isignated as Clean-up week and May 24
as the last day for hauling. The contract for the hauling � as to gto
to the ' 3oWcst bidder.
Cordill moved,Venahle seconded:That the board grant the request
of the licensed pharuicies ,to handle intoxicating liquors in the
original containers in accordance with the 1935 liquor code. Carl,
Cordill,Frye venable aye.Molander no.Tinker absent.
Venable movec.,Frre seconded:That the board refuse to issue John
B.Pnoling a license to sell repeal malt and vinioue liquors. Carl,
Cordill,Frye,Molander & Venable voted aye.Tinker absent.
Frye moved Carl seconded:That the Board issue a permit to oper-
ate a resturant and sell spiritious,malt and vinious liquors by the
d rink. Carl,Frve & Venable voted aye. Cordi:ll & '::colander voted no.
It wee decided unaminiousl_u that Mrs.?choonover be instructed
to keep the trash from her place out of the alley and that the
marshal be instructed to notify her to that effect and if she did
not abide by that order she was to be brought before the judge and
fined.

It was decided that the Park Committee should investigate and

Regular meeting
June 5 1935
Mayor van Buskirk called the meeting to order r at 6:15 P.M.
Carl,Cordill,Frye,Mel aner,Tinker,Venable present.
The minutes e f the re ular meeting of ' ay 7 were read and approved
as read.
It was decided that Carl should look up the matter of getting
an engine for the Park mower.
There three bide for hauling trashfrom the streete;Les ter Hotaling
22.85 , xuv T rrnev 4 23. 00, JoeRiley 4 30.00. Hot a.ling wasgiven the
contract.
There were two letter from the State Engineer stating he would
help the Town as much as he could to get some projects through with.
the government.
The Weiland Co. and. the Buel Cc. ecfh. asked that the Town consider
their application for engineer work.
A letter from the States 4tty. Generwl stated that the 3.24' beer
licenses tr not due until the ola license ran cut, and that the
refunding of any money was left ap to the different towns.
