Frye moved Carl seconded:That the Board issue a permit to oper- ate a resturant and sell spiritious,malt and vinious liquors by the d rink. Carl,Frve & Venable voted aye. It wee decided unaminiousl_u that Mrs.?choonover be instructed to keep the trash from her place out of the alley and that the marshal be instructed to notify her to that effect and if she did not abide by that order she was to be brought before the judge and fined. The minutes e f the re ular meeting of ' ay 7 were read and approved as read. It was decided that Carl should look up the matter of getting an engine for the Park mower. There were two letter from the State Engineer stating he would help the Town as much as he could to get some projects through with. the government. The Weiland Co. and. the Buel Cc. ecfh. asked that the Town consider their application for engineer work. A letter from the States 4tty. Generwl stated that the 3.24' beer licenses tr not due until the ola license ran cut, and that the refunding of any money was left ap to the different towns.
