Molander moved,Venable seconded:That the bills be allowed and the
clerk be instructed to draw warrants on tI,e Treasurer for the amounts.

M. E. Smi th spoke to the board adout the water bills at the school
house and wanted thescholl taken into the town so that the bills would
not be so large.The board asked Mr.Smith to present a petition to
the Town board to that effect.

Regular meeting July 2 1935
The meeting was called to oredr et 8:40 D.7. by Mayor Van Buskirk.
Carl , Cardil].,Frye,Moiander and Tinker present.Venabl : absent.
The minutes of the regular meeting of June 5 were eed arrroved, as
r ead.
The petition for a special election to vote on the sale of liquor
in Ault was brought up again. As there were names on both sides of
scree sheets of the petition and also here the addressee shouldbe,
the petition was decla.i reel illegal . Tire re were several present to ask
why the petition had not been acted upon.
