The City Council of the Cit~r of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
.Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. X22 is hereby amended by
classifying that property knovm as "1^1-right Road Annex No. 3" as_
follows: That property lying northerly of a line betvreen a point
1~Z5 feet north of the north line of Century Boulevard on the east
line of 4~dright Road and a point 1635 feet north of the north line
of Century Boulevard on the ti-aest line of the Los Angeles County
Flood Control"Channel be established ICI-2 and that property in
ti^lright Road Annex iVo. 3 lying southerly of said line to be es-
tablished S~S-1 and that property fronting on the south side of
Imperial Highway between Duncan Avenue and t~fright Road be established
as C-3.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said 0rrdinance No. X22 and
V.*hich amendatory part is apart hereof.
Section 3: The City. Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 15th day of August f , 1950, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 5th .day of September 1950, by the folloti,~ing vote;
