PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATIOIQ OF GERTP.ITQ PROPER-
TIES AND THE ADOPTIOIT OF AT~,jAIQENDED SECTION OF
TINE ZONING MAP 'I~IICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
N0. 422..
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordai~nass
follows:
Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynt~rood as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by
reclassifying that property zoned R-1 fronting on the north side of
Orchard Avenue between Long Beach Blvd. and Bullis Road to R-2, and
that property zoned R-1 and R-2 fronting on the south side of
Orchard Avenue between Long Beach Blvd. and Bullis Road to R-3.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part ~~4D" of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being apart of said Ordinance
Aio. 422 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerh is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a neoaspaper of general cir-
culation, printing, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council. of
said City held on the 15th day of August, 1950, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
5th day of5eptember, 1950, by the following vote:
