ORDINANCE N0. 530
AN ORDIl~IANCE AMENDING bF.DIT3ANCE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOP'T'ION OF AN ApIENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP t°f;iICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.
422.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: T'he official land use plan of the City of Lynt~rood
as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by reclassifying
that property located at the northr.*est corner of Century Boulevard ar_d
Bullis Road as follows: Lots 5 and 57, Licensed Surveyor's Tract from .
R-3 to P-1 and Lots 4- and 58, Licensed Surveyor's Tract from R-3 to C-2.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the manizer
set forth in detail in the amendatory part°2-D° of the zoning map of
the City of Lynti.~ood, being apart of said- Ordinance IQo. 422 and which
amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be
published once in the Lyn~~aood Press, a netrspaper of general circulation,
printed, published, a.nd circulated in the City of Lynwood:
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the _.l-st-~-. day of August , 1950, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
'- , 195G, by the following vote:
