AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $18,000,00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD &
STREET FUND TO R & S PROJECT #7 � NORTH 1'D" STREET ANNEX FROM
NORTH 3RD TO NORTH 5TH STREETS
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies nave developed since
the adc,pti,-,n of the existing annual budget so that it is now
necessary to appropriate more money for: the various functions.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY YHE COMMON 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

These funds are to be appropriated for the following project:
R & S #7 North "D" Street Annex from North Sad to North 5th
Streets - $18,000.00
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to
the laws of the State of Indiana, governing emergency appropriations.
