OF ORDINANCE A10. 327.
The City Council of the City of LynU=ood does ordain as
folloz~rs:
Section 1: Section 5 of Ordinance bTo. 37_3 of the City of
Lynvaood is amended to read as follows:
°Section $: Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
viction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed five
hundred dollars 0500.00) or imprisonment in the City Jail of the
City of Lynwood or the County Jail of Los Angeles County, State of
California, for a period of time not to exceed six months, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
°Each such person sY!all be deemed guilty of a separate
offense for every day during any portion of k~ieh violation of any
provision of this ordinance is committed, continued, or permitted by
such person, and shall be punishable therefor as provided by this
ordinance."
Section 2: That said Ordinance No. 323 is riereby amended
as hereinabove in Section 1 of this ordinance set forth.
Section 3: Section 1 of 0-rdinance ido. 327 is hereby repealed.
Section ~t The City Clerli shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation, published and cir-
culated in said City of Lyntrood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 1st day of Aurrtzst~ 195.: and. finally adopted
and ordered published at a.regular meeting of said Council held on
