AN ORDINANCE OF TTiN; CITY OF LYiSe400D AMENDING ORD-
INANCE N0. 471 OF SAID CITY T'0 PROVIDE FOR THE;
REGULATION OF BURT1IiQG IN ~M~ ZONES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as follows:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 471 of the City of Lynwood is amend-
ed by adding a new subsection to Section 1 of said ordinance to be designated
Subsection E, and to read as follows:
°"utibsection E: In ~Mt zones, as designated in the zoning
ordinance of the City of I,ynorood, to ignite, set fire to, burn, or
suffer to be burned, any open fire, or to permit any burning except-
in an approved Class ~A~ type incinerator, unless a written permit
for such burning is first obtained from the Fire Chief of the City
of Lynwood.'
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adootion of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Lymaood Press, a newspaper published, printed, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood, California, and which said newspaper is hereby designated for that
purpose.
