The sec'y of the- Weld County Municipal League stated thatthe 13
reduction in the light rate of the Elitctrical Co.which had been
ordered by the Public Utilities Comm.had been sustained 1-)y the Dist.
court .This reduction had been ordered on July 16 1934.
Spitzer Electtic Co. stated that they could not get a l ::of,~er motor
for the mower.
The International Trust Co.Denver asked for a financial statement
of the town.The clerk had sent this.
Cordill moved,Tinker sseconded: That the 3.e- beer licenses be
granted to C'has.Curtie,B.B.Bell and Harold Balmer.Motion Ca. z led.
Cordil1moved, Carl , s ecnnded: Th at there should be a fire ap ca

ca.rried.it was also left to the fire committee to call these drills.

Mayor VanT3uskirk called the meting to order at 6:10 P.M. for the
purpose of receiving the application of Chas. Curi is for reveal beer
& Wine license.

That the application of Chas. Curtis for a repeal Oeer and wine license

Mayor
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor VanBuskirk,
stating that the meeting vv -3s called for the purpose of meeting rite
engineer McQui,id of Denver to talk over the possibility of building
a swimirng pool.
The engineer stated that a class A swimirng pool would cost around
10.000 and the board decided that they would not go into that much
expense.
Carl moved,Molander seconded:To adjrurn.Moti.cn carried.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Van Buskirk at 8:10 P.M.
Carl, Cordill,Frve,Tinkter,Molan.der and Venable present.

A communication- from F31-rnanks Morse Co. st tell the price of a •
10 HP deisel engine but as it was toe high the letter was placed on
file.The clerk was instructed to answer Chas.Curtis inquiry why his
arTiication for a Repeal beer and wine license was not granted,by
saying that it was on account of the public petition and remonstrances
which were in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Sec.9 in the
liquor code.
