LOS ANGELES LYING 'SOUTTiI1RLY OF CARLIN AVEINE AND
EASTERLY OF ERADFIELD AVENTJE.
WNF:IIEtAS, pursuant to the j1Annexation of Uninhabited Territory
Act of 1939" a Petition was filed with the City Clerk and duly presented to
the Gity Council of the City of Lynwood on Tday 16, 1950, requesting the annex-
ation by the Gity of Lynwood of certain uninhabited territory contiguous to the
City of Lynwood in the Go my of Los Angeles lying southerly of Carlin Avenue
and easterly of Bradfield Avenue, designated as 11Ozell Manor No. 3°` which is
hereinafter more particularly described; ~~
~~,AS, by Resolution No. 227? adopted by the City Council of
the City of LynU;ood on the 16th day of May, 1950, and published in the Lynwood
Press, the City Council of the City of Lynwood duly gave notice of and fixed
the 20th day of June, 1950+ at the hour of E3:00 o~clock p.m. in the Council
Ghambers in the City Ra11, 11331 Plaza Street, Lynwood, California, as the

territory so published to be annexed and having any ob3ection to the proposed'
anne~tion might appear before said City Council and show cause why such territory
should not be so annexed; and
WHEREAS, no protest has been filed; a.nd

NOW, TNFS2EFORE, the Gity Council of the Gity of Lynwood does ordain
as follows:

Territory Act of 1939" the annexation of that certain uninhabited territory
contiguous to the-City of Lynwood in the County of Los Angeles, State of Calm=
fornia, designated as 1tOze11 Manor No. 311 as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby approved.,
Said property above referred to is included within the following
