The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as

follows:
Section Z: That Ordinance No, 410 of the City of Lynn,*ood is
amended by adding thereto a neVa aection, to be designated Section 2B of
said ordinance and to read as follot,*s:
"Section 2B: Members of the Planning Commission who are
also administrative officers of the City, such as the City Engineer
or his designated deputy, or the City Clerk or other city administrative
officers,. shall neither have the right nor duty to vote as members of
the Planning Commission. The representative of the City Council on
said Commission shall have voting rights and all other rights pertain-
ing to his office as a member of the Planning Commission, The ex
officio members of the City Planning Commission shall advise the City
Planning Commission and shall be required to make their recommendations
in tt*riting to the Planning Commission on matters pending beforg~',t when
requested:"
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and. directed
to certify to the passage o=' this ordinance and to cause the same to
ke published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular„meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the gt day of _May~., 7.950, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
7 t~ day of _June ~, 1950, by the following vote:
