AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USED IN R-2 SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT OF ORDINANCE NO, 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICKMOND, 1HDiANA,
APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968,
BE IT ORDAINED by the ►:orlon Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, as follows;
SECTION 1, As provided in Article 22, Section .011 and Article
48 of Ordinance No., 2325-1968 commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following described
real estate is allowe,' as a Special Use to -wits ljjjvelopteent of
a radio broadcasting transmitter and towel tc. be located at 641
Indiana Avenue, in the City c;f Richmond,

Range 1 bounded as follows, to -wits Ceginning at a
point in the ar tee' Section line 112,86 rods west of the, .south

this ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a permit for
the establishment of the use herein allowed,
