AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
WEST CARTERET/ HILL DISTRICT SANITARY SEWER
REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the West
CarteretlHill District sanitary sewer rehabilitation project
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based for the above reference project.
2. That a copy ofthis Resolution be forwarded to the T & M Associates
and Borough's Purchasing Department.
Adopted this 13th day of January, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 14; 2005.
