ORDINANCE NO. 2547-1971
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE
EXPENSES OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1972, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,
1972, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA, WAYNE COUNTY, that for the purpose of having funds
to defray the operating expenses of the Redevelopment Commission of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year commencing January 1,1972
and ending December 31, 1972, inclusive, that there be and there is here-;
by appropriated and set apart out of the funds herein named 'and for
the purpose herein specified, subject to all laws governing the same
the amounts hereinafter named. Such sums herein appropriated shall b
held to include all expenditures, authorized to be made during the per
herein 'specified unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided
by alw.'

SECTION 3. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 197Z:, and
ending December 31, 1972, inclusive, there is hereby appropriated
out of the Redevelopment District Bond 1st. Issue Fund the sum of:
$144,425.00
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, sig-
nature of the President -of Common Council affixed, submission to and
approval by the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana,.publication as
by law required and approval of all Statutory Bonrds as required by
laws of the State of Indiana.
