AN ORDINANCE AS+IENDIIdG ORDINADIvE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND T'HE ADOPTION OF AN ASh:EDIDED SECTION OF THE
ZONIIQG NiAP 1VHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.
422.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of Lynwood
as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by reclassifying
that property fronting on Pear and Plum Streets between Fernwood Avenue
and Red4aood Avenue and. that property fronting on Redwood Avenue between
State Street and the westerly terminus from R-1 to R-2.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the manner
set forth in detail in the amendatory part "2-B" of the zoning map of
the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 422 and which
amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3:
The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a nenrspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 21st day of March, 1950, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 4th
day of April, 1950, by the following vote:
AYES: COUSdCIL2dEN: Bruner, Stroh, Williams.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Willard.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN:
