ORDINANCE N0. 523
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNl^JOOD PROVIDING
FOR BONDS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EY/PLOYEES OF
SAID CITY AND REPEALING 0RDIDIANCE N0. 320 OF
SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lyncaood does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1: That the following officers and employees of the
City of Lynwood be and they are each respectively required to execute
bonds to the City of Lync*ood in the penal sums hereinafter respectively
set forth as follows, to-wit:
` City Treasurer ~p50,000.00
City Clerk 10,000.00
Deputy City Clerks 1,000.00 each
Deputy City License Collector 1,000.00
water Department Clerks 1,000.00 each
Deputy City `t'reasurer 5,000.00
Clerks in the Office of the
City Treasurer 1,000.00 each
Clerk of the City Court 15,000.00
Chief of Police 1,000.00
Section 2: Other Officers and employees of the City of
Lynwood shall be required to execute bonds as required from time to
time by the City Council of the City of Lyncaood.
Section 3: All bonds shall be in the form provided by law
and shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney and shall be
presented to the City Council for filing and acceptance. The City may
adopt as persitted by law a master bond for such officers and employees
as may be covered by law on a master bond.
Section 4~: Ordinance No. 320 of the City of Lynwood is
hereby repealed.
Section 5: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and

adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once ,
in the Lynwood Press, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published, and circulated within the City of Lyncaood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 21st day of February, 1950, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the

AYES: Councilmen Stroh, Glillard, Williams;
LACES: Coux~c ilmen None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Bruner and Jensen.
