AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $35,000.00 FR.W THE FIRE STATION
BUILDING FUND TO CONSTRUCT AND EQUIP A NEW NO.. 5 FIRE STATION.,
WHEREAS" Rescl:ution No< 23-1971 established a_F,!ti-e Station
Building Fund toL pruvi`de funds from monies t;r'ansferred from
the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund CCigare;:te Tax), to
provide funds for the following purposes.
To build, const�uc.t and erect, equip and maintain
a buiid:i'ng for F!re Station No. 5 i:n the City of
Richmond, India.na.:
WHEREAS, there is a need for funds to do all those things nece.s
sary to erect; a fire station; and
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since
the adoption of the existing annual budget sc that it is now
necessary to appropriate more money for. -the var1ous functions'
of the City Government than was appropriate
d in the annual'

NOW THEREFORE BE I-T ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHMONn, INDI.ANA:
SECTION 1, That"for the expenses of the'Cagy+;Govefnment and kits:

amount of moniby as: hereby appropriated and set -apart out of the,
