Cordill moved,Venable seconded:That the bills be allowed and warrants
drawn on the Treasueer for the amounts.All voted aye upon roll call.
Carl moved,Venable seconded.:To adjourn subject to the call of the
Mayor. Motion carried.

Regular reefing e' November 5 1935
ileyor Van Buskirk called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M.
Carl,Cordill,Frye,Molander,Tinker & Venable present.
The minutes of the regular meeting of October 1 were read and
app 2ov ed. as read.
Cordill moved, Tinker seconded:That the board purchase 800 ft , cf
86 fire hose,with eouplings from Mr. Wetscn. Motion carried.
There were some letters from At ty. Kelly in one of which he
stated inorder the school grounds be taken into the towm limits,
it would be necsessary to make a plot of tine --round and also dedictbe
the use of the roads and sidewalks to the use of the public.
This letter was turned over to the school board and the rest filed.
The following tax levy was approved by the board;
General purposes 3,4 mills P1105.52
Interest 4.0 11E2.98
Payment of bends 9.0 2661.96
Streets & alleys 3.5 1035.09
Total 9 �. 58E5.23
The assessed valuation is _ 295,74C.
There had been some complaint about a ligiet tole en the Shep-
herd cottage corner being in the drive way and also that the water
from the Balmer pool hall was causing~ the wall to crack in the
theater building. These were left to the Street ( Alley Committee to
look after.
Cordill moved,Venable seconded:That a deed to a cemetery lot be
granted to Jesse Rickman.All voted aye.
The board gave the Water Conr;ittee the right to require that all
meters being installed in the yards be put into a pit not less than
two feet in diameter. Tots was made a resolution by Tinker and
seconded by Cordill.woticn carried.
