BE IT ORDAIMM by the Casson Council of the City of Richmond, Ind-
iana, as follows:
SECTION 1. MWYAS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance
No. 232S-1968 designates and describes as R-3 me to
Eight Fmhily Residential District, the following des-
cribed property located at 1301 and 1307 Sheridan
Street and 1300 and 1302 Butler Street, Richuond, Ind-
iana, to -wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the east line
of Sheridan Street with the center line of School
Street, running thence east with the center line
of School Street 180.35 feet to the center line
of Richmond and Williamsburg Pike; thence north
26 degrees 15 minutes west with the center line
of said Pike 407.S9 feet to the east line of
Sheridan Street; thence south 36S.71 feet to the
place of beginning, containing one and five hun-
dred seventeen thousandths (1.S17) acres, more
or less, the same being situated in the southeast
quarter of Section 29, Township 14, Range 1 blest.

It is hereby ordained that the zoning classification of
the above described property be, and the sane is hereby
dianged to C-2 Camsadty Business District and that said
property be regulated in accordance with the Zoning Ordin-
ance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, anid amen&mts
thereto.
SECTION 6.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication as by law required.
SECTION 7.
The original zoning classification of the aforaeentioned
areas is hereby rescinded and the zoning classification
of this area will be in accordance with Section 2 of this
Ordinance.
