AN ORDINANCE AMENnING ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, ADOPTED
JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,,
Indiana, as follows:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the Zoning Map which is a pact of Ordinance
No. 2325-1968 designates and describes as e l {

Sheridan Street, in the City of Richmond, Indiana, tc,,-wit:
Lots number 2 & 3 in the W. D. .Johns Addition and
the east pact of Lot 4 in the W. D. Johns Addition
of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to change
the zoning classification of the above described area from
C 2.

SECTION 5. It is. hereby ordained that the.zoni.ng class-jH cation
of the above sctesc`ribed 1property be and :the same is hereby changed
to Community: gus:ihess District and that said property be regulated
in accordance with the- Zoning Ordinance of• ib.e City of Richmond,
Indiana, and al1; amendments thereto.
SECTION 6. lhi;s ord:i'ance shall be in full force and effect froms and after it:passage::and publication as by law required.
SECTION 7. The original zoning classification of the aforementioned
areas is hereby rescinded and the zoning .classI icatim of this
area will be in accordance with Section'2 of this Ordinance.
