ORDINANCE NO. 2662-1971
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE
($875.00) DOLLARS FROM THE SURPLUS BARRETT LAW, FOR THE 1972 BUDGET
OF THE BARRETT LAW DEPARTMENT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana that there be, and there is, hereby appropriated
out of the Barrett Law Surplus Fund the sum of $875.00 to be used
and expended by the Barrett Law Department for the year 1972 as
follows:

SECTION 2. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
