ORDINANCE N0. 516
AN ORDINANCE AA'IENDING ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZODIING A4AP WHICH IS A PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE N0, 422.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain ae
f ollows
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lym~rood as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by
reclassifying that property on the north side of Platt Avenue
between Bullis Road on the West, and Ernestine Avenue on the East,
from R-1 to R-2.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part ~~2-Dn of the
coning map of the City of Lynvrood; being a part of said Ordinance
No. 422 and which amendatory part is apart hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and direct-
ed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the
same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a net~aspaper of
generalcirculation, printed, published, and circulated in the
City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Coflncil of
said City held on the 15th day of November, 1949, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the_6th day of December , 1949, by the following vote:
