ORDINANCE NO. 513
AN OP.DINAbTCE AM.EDIDING ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIDI PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDI~?ANCE NO.
422. _
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynrrood•as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by
classifying that part of Lot 6, Slausson Tract, lying easterly of
Wright Road, an annexation, as M-2.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner eet forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 422 and
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting oP the City Council of
said City held on the 18th day of October, 1949, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting oP said Council held on
the lst day of November ,. 1949, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Bruner, Stroh, Willard,
Williams.
