The meetin ; was called_ to order at 8:= C P.M.by Mayor VanBuskirk.
These members were present:Car3,Cordili,Mo1 nder,Tinker Frye & Venable.
The minutes of the re gul ar meetillg of November 5 were read and
approved as read.
Cordili roved, Tinker seconded:Teat the Board puro?-aee 8 wreaths
for the light poles o{n tre two business blocke .end. furnish prt of
the lighting at the school house durins the Mae, holidays.Motion
carried.

Cordil.:.. moved,Venable seconded: T o make application for member-
ship into the Colorado Municipal League.Al2 voted aye.
It was decided to shut off to waster from the town Friday morning
but this was changed tie next day to Sunday because of t`.e schools.

on the Treasurer for the amounts. Motion carried.
Cordili moved,Venable seconded:To adjourn subject to the call of
the Mayor. Motion carried.

Dr.Haroldson and Howe of the State a t' pt were present and

spoke about the different diseases which were traced back to the
open toilet and explained the bui ldin f of a fly proof toilet and

snowed the specifications for them.T.1.e labor on these toilets was
to be furnished by the sovernsent so the property owner would not
have but the material to pay for.The Mayor had one built on his
s. ras. e lot.

on t'e town lots.These to conform with the State plans and that the

Molander reported that Dr.Anderson asked the Town to donate
s oTne to the Library. Carl nioved,Veneble seconded: To donate ' 25.00
to the Library.Motion carried.
Chas.Frye made application for a 3.2 beer license in the pool
hall which he and Mr. Bradford leased of H .Balmer.
