AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE GRANT AGREEMENT
WITH THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY CULTURAL
AND HERITAGE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Borough ofCarteret has been notified that it has received a grant
in the amount of $2,400.00 from the Middlesex County Cultural and Heritage
Commission ("MCCHC"); and
WHEREAS, the Borough and the MCCHC wish to formalize the terms and
conditions of said grant award.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret as follows:
1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached said
Grant Agreement with the Middlesex County Cultural and
Heritage Commission.
2. That copy of the Resolution and executed Grant Agreement be
forwarded to the Middlesex County Cultural and Heritage
Commission.
Adopted this 13th day of January, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 14,2005.
