AN ORDINANCE AITTFDRIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN A R-2
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OF ORDINANCE N0.
2325-1968 034«IONLY IM N AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF RIC[WOM, INDIANA, ADOPTED JUNE 3RD, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond., Thdiana, as
follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 22, Section .011 and. Article 48 of Ordin-
ance No. 2325-1968 ommionly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Ridmmnd, Indiana, the following described real estate
is allowed as a Special Use to -wit: To allow petitioner space
needed for accessory off-street parking on real estate located
at rear of 4444 National Road East, Richmond, Indiana, and more
particularly described as follows:

SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an additional
restriction on said use, the following requirements shall hereafter
and at all times be met by the owner, lessee, or any person, firm
or corporation using such real estate.
(Conditions to be made following Plan Commission recommendations.)

SHCriON 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond, Indiana, is
hereby authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of
this ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a permit
for the establishment of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval by the Mayor and publication as by law re-
quired.
