1971, with Mayor Ross presiding and all council members present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a
motion by Eckhoff, seconded by Huisman. Carried.
On a motion by Claassen, seconded by Hippen, the treasurer's re-
port was accepted as presented. Carried.
Eckhoff seconded a motion made by Hippen to allow the following
bills for payment:

On a motion by Claassen, seconded by Huisman, it was agreed to
purchase a caterpillar motor grader from Gibbs -Cook Co. for
$4, 000.

Following a motion by Huisman, seconded by Claassen, the meeting
