follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYN~'~OOD AI~NDING
ORDINANCE N0. 418 BY ADDING A NE~7 SECTION
THERETO TO BE DESIGNATED SECTION 26(b).
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
Section 1: Ordinance No, 418 of the City of Lynwood is
amended by adding a new section thereto to be designated Section 26(b)
and to read as follows:
nSection 26 (b): V,fhenever an identification card isJiasued
to any person under this ordinance, pursuant to Section 26 or 26(a) or
any other section of said Ordinance No. 418, .the Chief of Police shall
charge a fee of X1.00 for each and every identification card so issued
in order to defray the costs of issuing such cards."
`' Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
' this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the Lynwood Press,
' a newspaper printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 4th day of October , 19 49 , and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
18th day of October , lg 49 , by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Bruner, Jensen, Stroh,
