Tinker asked that a contract,set ting forth in writing the things
that should be put into the litrary building and how it was to be
built, be made and signed by the superentendent of the workand that
plans and snecifi.cations be drawn up. 11r.H asbrouck and ::.E.Smith
agreed to this as did Mr. Robinson. Lr. Robinson was then instructed
to draw up the plans as he had at that time only the floor plans.
Than to zet the question before the board, Cordill. moved, Carl
seconded:That August Molander and Olin Venable be disignated ,as.
representi.tives of the town to meet with two from the library
board and Chas.Robinson as buildin7 foreman and also M.E.Sm th to
make plane and specifications in duplicate and Mr. Molander bewdi ,,
signated as supervisor and inspector for the board through the
building of t'he library and that the library board present to the
town board a petition signed by a majority ,of the legal votersof
the the Town of Ault, requesting the expenditure of not to exceed
two thous and (2, C 0C) dollars for the ourpose of buildin7 this building
p rovidin-, the money is available.Upon roll call all voted aye.

Cordill moved,Venable seconded:To allow the bills and draw warrants
on the Treasurer for the mounts .Motion carried.
Cordill moved, Mol aiader s econded: To adjourn subject to the call of
the Mayor. Motion carried.

Mayor Van Buskirk called the meetin=g to order att8:05 P.11.
Cordill,Frye,Molander,Tinker and Venable present.Carl absent.
Minutes of the regular meetin7 of February 4 were read and approved
as read.
Cordill e mov,,d,Molander seconded:That the rules be suspended and

judiciary committee beiix�pawered to report on Ordinance ,; 98
"pertaining to amending the budget of 1936, far adoption. All voted ay
Te ordida4sce was read.
The judiciary com - it tee then reported the ordinance back to the
board. The ordinance was then read for the tri rd and last time.
Tinker moved,Venable seconded: The adoption of Ordinance .fir. 98 on
its third and final readin,g.Upon roll call all voted aye.
Dan Venable spoke to the board but no action was taken.
Cordill moved,Frye seconded:That the boar=, order a town election
to be held April 7 for electing a Mayor and six trustees for the
term of two years or until their successors are qualified.Motion
carried.
Cordill moved, Tinker seconded:That the board a y oint C.A.Brayton
M rs.Hans Pearson and Mrs.Lester Dann as judges of the election.Motion
carried.
