AN ORDINANCE AI~IQDIiQG ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TrIE ADOPTION OF AN Ab1EIdDED
SECTIOPd OF 'PHE ZONING 1~IAP I^IHICH IS A PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE NO. 422.
The City Council cf the City of Lynwood does ordain as
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lyn~!ood as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by
reclassifying from R-1 Zone to R-2 Zone the following described
property:
Property fronting on the south aide and north side
of Platt Avenue between Spruce Street and Bullis
Road.
Section 2: The said classification shall ac~"~'~ in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part 2-~ of the zoning
map of the City of Lynoaoo_d,~,,+,,b~oeing a part of Ordinance No. 422 and-
which amendatory part 2~E]"is~a Part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of the ordinance and to cause the same to
' be published once in the Lynwood Press,a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed and c~xculated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 19th day of July, 1949, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 2nd day of August , 1949, by the following vote:
