ORDINANCE NO. 500
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 422 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN
AMENDED SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 422.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by
reclassifying certain lots, as follows: Lots 14 through 18 and
20 through 30, Tract 13407, R -3; Lots 9, 31 through 38, and 62 through
67, Tract 13407, P -1; Lots 1 through 8, 10 through 13, and 39 through
61, Tract 13407, C -2.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the manner
set forth in detail in the amendatory part 11 1 -C" of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 422 and
which amendatory part "1 -0" is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th, day of June, 1949.
