A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION AND
UPDATING OF THE CITY PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City is required to maintain and update a Pavement
Management System; and
WHEREAS, the City's Pavement Management System was last updated
in FY 2005-06; and
WHEREAS, the City's Pavement Management System database needs to
be updated and the program upgraded; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Project No. 4011.67.997 and is funded
by Proposition C.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approves the
issuance of a Request for Proposals for consulting services to prepare and
update the City's Pavement Management System.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this
Resolution.
