MINUTES
PRESENT: Richard Philbrick, Chair; Alan Conklin, Vice Chair; Stan
Hart; Tom Yonce
Alan Conklin was in the room, but stepped down for the first agenda
item; discussion of the presentation at the 1/19/94 Board of Appeals
meeting - appeal of the Building Inspector' s decision.
ABSENT: Nick Muto
Richard Philbrick opened the meeting at 7 : 09 PM, and told the Board
that he had intended to discuss and outline what the Planning Board
may present at the BoA meeting on 1/19/94, but since Alan Conklin has
stepped down, there is no quorum and this item would not be discussed.

The Board discussed the draft of the Annual Report of the Planning
Board.
MOTION: Stan Hart moved to accept the Planning Board' s Annual Report
when amended to show that Item #6 refers to the Zoning Bylaw Task Force,
and when the report shows that development from this year has been
compared with development of past years . Tom Yonce seconded the
motion.
VOTE: 4-0-0, unanimous .

MOTION: Alan Conklin moved to adjourn the meeting. Tom Yonce seconded
the motion.
VOTE: 4-0-0, unanimous .
