New Business:
Jim McNall-Joint Work Session with City Council included discussion of Idaho Library Laws as
applied to municipal libraries. Requirements and best practices discussed, with question and answers
fielded by Jim McNall from !CRIMP.
Linda Stokes- City Treasurer presented an outline of several options in draft form for the Council to
consider ways to fund the new library expansion. Questions and answers fielded by Linda Stokes.
