Regular meeting
June 2 1936
Venable moved,Hankins seconded:To allow the bills azd instruct
the clerk to draw warrant on the treasurer for the amounts.
All voted aye upon roll call.
Sanden moved,Hankins seconded:To adjo,:rn subject to the call
of the Mayor.Motion e.ar r i ed.

Called meeting June 30 1936
The mayor called the meeting to order and stated it was for the
considering of the kind of roof to e placed on the library bldg.
Burman,Hankins,Jeremiassen,Tinker and Venable present.
There were letters and prices of roofing from the Elerite Co.
Hendrie-Boithoff and also the King Lumber Co.of Greeley who handle
roofing for H.& B. All these roofings were garaunteed for 10 years.
It was left up t6 the Mayor to see Mr.Olson the engineer,of the
building and ask him to put on the best roof possible.
The meeting then adjourned.

Regular meeting July 71 1936
Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:10 P.M. Members present:
Burman,Hankins,Jeremiassen,Sanden,Tiioker and Venable.
The minutes of the regular meeting of June 2 were read and
approved as read.
Mr.Newman,Hart and H.Burman talked to the Board about oiling
the street north from the hotel corner.It was decided to inquire
of the WPA just ,what would have to be done to get this through them
and what the cost per lot would be.
There being a petition of B.B.Bell for a beer license,Tinker moved -
Sanden seconded:To grant B.B.Bell a 3.2 5 Beer license for one -
year.Motion carried.
An application of Chas. Curtis for t, 65 beer license was read.
Hankins moved,Burman seconded:That the applicatio4. of Chas. Curtis
for a 6% beer and wine license be rej ect ed. All voted aye upon roll
call.
The following bills were by the fanance committee and approved
by the same:
