2) Approval of the minutes from the September 3, 2020 meeting
3) New Business
a) Request to remove parking (yellow curb) on all corners and thru the intersection of E. Circle, N.
Circle, and Hayselton to better see oncoming traffic. (Requestor: Ms. Linda Woodland)
b) Request to slow traffic down on Lincoln St. (Hough St. to E. High St.) and on S. Johnson St.
(Requestor: Mrs. Betty Kniegermeier and neighbors)
4) Old Business
a) Request to change the loading zone in front of Moreau Heights Elementary to no parking from
7:00 am-8:00 am and 2:00 pm-3:00 pm, to allow for easy transition of school busses for arrival
and dismissal each day. (Requestor: Mr. Suzanna Haugen, Principal Moreau Heights
Elementary)
b) Request for parking on the west side of Belair Drive., between the southerly school driveway and
where Belair Drive narrows. (Requestor: Ms. Elizabeth Milhollin, Principal Belair Elementary)
