CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS, LITIGATION AND REAL PROPERTY ●To discuss strategies with respect to collective bargaining updates by the Town Manager, because an open meeting may have detrimental effects on the bargaining positions of the Board; and ●To discuss considering the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property in regards to a property on Hayden Rowe Street, Lumber Street and Ash Street, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Board. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 6:30 PM PUBLIC SESSION (Room 215) 2.PUBLIC FORUM Residents are invited to share ideas, opinions or ask questions regarding town government. 6:40 PM STAFF RECOGNITION (ACTION) 3. The Board will recognize Lt. Charles Wallace for his service as Interim Police Chief; and the Boston Athletic Association will recognize Lt. Charles Wallace, Sgt. Joseph Bennett, Fire Chief Ken Clark and Deputy Fire Chief Steve Slaman for their efforts preparing the 2014 Boston Marathon. 6:50 PM LEGACY FARMS HOST COMMUNITY AGREEMENT (ACTION) 4. The Board will continue its review of the proposed rezoning at Legacy Farms North that will be considered at 2014 Annual Town Meeting. Legacy   proposes to change the master plan for the north side of the site by eliminating 200,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and adding 200 age-restricted housing units; and review a draft Amendment 4 to the Host Community Agreement. The Town Manager will give any brief updates from Town Committees relative to Town Meeting. Supporting Exhibit: Annual Town Meeting Motions Document. 7:45 PM UPPER CHARLES TRAIL COMMITTEE UPDATE (DISCUSSION) 7. The Board will hear an update on the efforts of the Upper Charles Trail Committee. Supporting Exhibit: Presentation slides. 8:00 PM TOWN MANAGER’S REPORT 8.a. Main Street Civic Advisory Group (ACTION) Supporting Exhibit: Draft Advisory Group Charge. b. Fruit Street RFP and other Net-Metering Options Supporting Exhibits: Staff comments on Fruit Street/net metering projects and Fruit Street RFP. c. Main Street Corridor Project Update Supporting Exhibit: Staff comments. 8:15 PM ADJOURN 9. The listed matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair to be discussed at the meeting.
