AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH THE ITS DEPOT, INC. FOR COMPUTER SUPPORT
AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of specialized computer support and
technical information services; and
WHEREAS, the ITS Depot, LLC, P.O. Box 795, Woodbridge, Ncw Jersey 07095,
possesses the requisite skill and expertise to provide said services; and
WHEREAS, the ITS Depot has submitted a proposal to provide said computer support
and technical infomlation services at an hourly rate of $70.00 per hour; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be available
for said purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
I. The proposal from the ITS Depot, Inc. to provide computer support and
technical infomlation services at an hourly rate of $70.00, not to exceed
$15,000.00 is hereby approved.
2. This action is approved as an award of a professional services contract.

and certified as a true copy of the
