Regular meeting Fbruary 2 1937
At 7:55 P.M. the Mayor called the meeting to order.
Burman,Hankins,Jererniessen,Sanden, Ytnable present.Tinker absent,
Minutes of theregular meeting of January 5 were read and approved
as read.
Arlo Stevens asked the board for a building permit.
Jereniiassen moved,Sanden seconded:To grant Arlo Stevens a building
permit to build a stucco covered dwelling on the north end of his
mothers lots.Motion carried upon roll call.
Venable moved,Eferemiaseen seconded:To reconsider the application
of H.Bradford for a liquor license and to refuse the sane and return
his check to him. Mot ion carried unanimously.
The following bills were read by the finance committee and approved
by them:

Burman moved,Sanden seconded:To alow the bills add draw warrants for
the amounts. Motion carried.
Hendrie-Bolthoff priced a buffer for clearing the inside of the
water tank but no action was taken.
Mine & Smelter sent prices on paint for theinside of the tanks but
none was ordered.
State Treasurer Bedford asked that 85% of all money collected for
any malt,or spiritious liquors be sent to theStabe Treas.according to
the last liquor laws.
The Contintental Oil Co. asked that their water bill be sent to
the main office at Denver.
A report on the outstanding bonds of the Town had been sent to
the State planning board,on their request.
Jererniassen moved,Vsnable seconded:Tc adjourn subject to the call
of the mayor. Motion carried.

Mayor Molander called the meeting to order at 8 P.M.
Burman,Hankins, Jeremiassen,Sanden,Tinker and Venable present.
Febraary 2 minutes were read and approved as read.
Mr.Gardner of the Fyr-Fytr Co. talked to the board about fire
extingushers for the library . Venable said that he had some that
the board could purchase for a small sum and that they would let
Mr.Gardner know what the board could.
Ross Woods asked the board if he could play cards in his pool
hall and after he had gone the board talked it over and decided that
they could not give him the privilege.
