Motion to approve Resolution 2021-149 – Authorizing the Submission of a Tier Two
Application for the Main Street Program to the Virginia Department of Housing and
Community Development to include a review in six months for Council to make a
determination as to whether to proceed with an application for Tier Three of the
Virginia Main Street Program.
