Motion to approve the proposed resolution to issue general obligation bond or bonds
in the maximum principal amount of $4,450,000 (the "New Money Bonds") to
finance the costs of various capital improvement projects in the Town's Capital
Improvements Program and other approved capital projects, including without
limitation, projects at the Leesburg Executive Airport (collectively, the "Projects") and
the costs of issuing the New Money Bonds
