CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, SEPTEMBER 21, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the September 21, 2020 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at
5:45 P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Lester, Schreiber, Vogt,
and Ward
Absent: Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember W ard will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Sierra Thomas will be calling in to speak about National Preparedness Month.
Public Hearing
- City Planning Manager Eric Barron will present bill 2020-031.
Announcements
- Mr. Barron will announce the Fall 2020 Large Item Pick-Up dates.
Consent Agenda Items
- There were no questions on the consent agenda items.
(Councilmember Wiseman arrived at 5:47 P.M.)
Pending Bills
- City Staff provided a summary of their pending bills.
Resolutions
- City Staff provided a summary of their resolutions.
- Mayor Tergin will ask for a motion to move item 15(b.) to item 10(b.) to
accommodate the number of citizens wishing to speak on RS2020-12.
