R. P. WANDER. being duly sworn. on oath says he is and during all times here stated has been the secretary and print-
er of the newspaper known as The Wayzata -Plymouth Sun and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated
as follows, iSaid newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form
equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches. Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once
each week. ,3i Said newspaper has 50', of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it
purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents. plate
matter and advertisements. Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve. has
at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paving subscribers. has an average of at least 75', of its total circulation cur-
rently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post -office. 15i Said
newspaper purports to serve the City of Wayzata and the Village of Plymouth in the County of Hennepin and it has its
known office of issue in the City of Wayzata in said county, established and open during its regular business hours for the
gathering of news. sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer or persons in
its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during
such regular business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. t6i Said newspaper files a copy
of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. 17) Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing condi-
tions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. 181 Said newspaper has filed with
the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1. 1969 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form pre-
scribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public
stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.

AN ORDINANCE REGARDING PROHIBIT-
ING PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHI-
CLES WITHIN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MEDINA
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VIL-
LAGE OF MEDINA DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. DEFINITIONS
A. COMMERCIAL VEHICLE is de-
fined as any )fuck, thick -tractor. semi-
trailer, farm tractor. road tractor, bus,
custom servic vehicle or wrecker used,.
in any busin s having a gross vehicle
weight of 9.00 pounds or more.
B. TRUC is defined as every motor
vehicle desi ied, used or maintained
primarily for' transportation of property.
C. TRUCV TRACTOR is defined as
every moto vehicle designed and used
primarily f$}r• drawing other vehicles and
not so con rutted as to carry a load
other than a part of the weight of the
vehicle andload so drawn.
D. SENI-TRAILER is defined as ev-
ery vehicle without motive power designed
for earning persons or property and
for being drawn by a motor vehicle and
so constdtcted that some part of its
weight arld that of its load rests upon or
is carrie0y another vehicle.
E. FARm TRACTOR is defined as
every nditor vehicle designed and used
primaril as a farm implement for draw-
ing p - . mowing -machines. and other
implem is of husbandry.
F AD TRACTOR is defined as
every for vehicle designed and used
for dra ing other vehicles and not so con -
either as to carry any load thereon

defiOd as any vehicle used as well-

ve le having a gross vehicle weight of
8,00 pounds or more. equipped with a
crjae and winch and further equipped to

RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT is de-
